After validating my Master 2 in Business Strategy, I began my professional experience in specialized distribution where I evolved constantly for 11 years quickly allowing me to reach management positions, responsibilities I performed for 5 years.

In 11 years, I developed various profit centers and managed over a hundred employees, which enabled me to confirm a well-known and recognized expertise on human accompaniment:

- Identifying individuals' aptitudes and their development priorities in the service of the economic performance
- Foster individual development and make them progress
- Pass on skills and interpersonal skills to make them autonomous using managerial tools and training
- Support the progress and evolution of individuals, according to their profiles by identifying and leading the talents of each
- Detect the best, building their confidence, developing them and making them loyal to the company

Following this career path, after recruiting and managing numerous employees, contributing to their development and the implementation of their different professional projects, I was keen to put my human qualities to good use in bringing companies and candidates together.
