Our Qualiopi certification

Alphéa'Cademy is proud to highlight the quality and reliability of its services through Qualiopi certification.
The Qualiopi certification aims to attest to the quality of the process implemented by providers of actions contributing to skills development.

Since September 5, 2018, law n°2018-771 provides in its article 6 for an obligation of certification, by a third-party organization, of structures carrying out actions contributing to skills development on the basis of a single national referential, if they want to benefit from public or mutualized funds.

The Qualiopi quality label aims to promote continuing vocational training and favor skills development throughout everyone's career.
On January 1, 2022, the Qualiopi reform becomes a legal obligation. It has been put in place with the aim of improving the quality of teaching and replacing Datadock registration and the 53 CNEFOP certifications.

This reform makes it possible to verify the quality of services provided as well as the level of professionalism of training organizations.

7 objective certification criteria

Achieving the Qualiopi certification is based on various evaluation criteria:

Inform the public in a transparent manner about the services offered, the access times and the results obtained.
Clearly determine the objectives of benefits and adapt them to the needs of beneficiaries right from the design stage.
Adapt services and reception, support, monitoring and evaluation methods to the needs of beneficiaries.
Use teaching, technical and supervisory resources appropriate to the services offered.
Qualify and develop the skills of staff in charge of implementing services.
Register and commit to one's professional environment.
Collect and take into account the opinions and complaints of stakeholders in the services delivered.
