What is Qualiopi certification?
Its legal framework is based on Law No. 2018-771 of 5 September 2018 for the freedom to choose one's professional future, specified by Decree No. 2019-565 of 6 June 2019 and Article L.6316-1 of the French Labour Code . Since 1 January 2022, it has been mandatory for any provider wishing to access public or pooled funds. It replaced the Datadock registration and the 53 certifications listed by the CNEFOP.
It applies to organisations offering actions contributing to skills development (OPAC), across four types of activity:
- Training courses
- Skills assessments
- Validation of Prior Learning (VAE) actions
- Apprenticeships, for apprentice training centres (CFA)
The 7 criteria of the national quality framework
- Informing the public
transparently about the services offered, access timeframes, and results achieved,
- Identifying the objectives
of the services and adapting them to the needs of the beneficiaries right from the design stage,
- Adapting the services
and the reception, support, tracking, and assessment methods to the target audiences,
- Mobilising appropriate
pedagogical, technical, and supervisory resources for the services delivered,
- Qualifying and developing the skills
of the staff in charge of implementing the services,
- Engaging and investing
in its professional environment,
- Collecting and taking into account
feedback and complaints from stakeholders.
These criteria are not self-declaratory: each one must be demonstrated during the audit through documented evidence from real case files. This is what sets Qualiopi apart from a self-assigned quality label.

A physical centre with an address and dedicated classrooms: Our sessions take place at 19A Avenue des Langories in Valence (3rd floor) : fully equipped rooms, human-sized groups, and a balance of theory and practical application. Remote or blended formats are available depending on the programme, and our trainers travel for in-house training across the whole of Drôme, Ardèche, and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
Trainers who are still active in the field they teach : Our instructors are not theoretical academics: they are recruitment consultants, certified coaches, and former executives, with an average of over 20 years of operational experience. FAQ
1. Is Alphéa'Cademy genuinely Qualiopi certified, and how can I check?
Yes, for training actions and skills assessments . Our certificate can be downloaded directly from this page , and our organisation is listed on the public directory of certified providers made available by the Ministry of Labour. We invite you to carry out the check yourself: that is the very purpose of the scheme.
2. Where is your training centre located?
At 19A Avenue des Langories, 26000 Valence, on the 3rd floor . We welcome learners from across Drôme and Ardèche , and deliver in-house training throughout the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
3. Does Qualiopi certification mean my training is automatically funded?
No. Certification is a necessary condition , but not sufficient on its own: it makes the organisation eligible for public and pooled funding , but approval for funding depends on your personal situation, your funding body, and the specific scheme used. Our teams are on hand to assist you with the application process.
4. Which funding options can I access?
CPF , OPCO , France Travail , State , Regions , Agefiph , Caisse des Dépôts . The appropriate option depends on your status as an employee, job seeker , civil servant , or self-employed worker, as well as the nature of the service.
5. What is the difference between Qualiopi and the former Datadock system?
Datadock was a self-declaratory registration : organisations submitted their own compliance information. Qualiopi is based on an on-site audit conducted by an accredited certifying body certified by COFRAC , with evidence verified against real case files, followed by surveillance audits and renewal audits . The level of rigour is not comparable.
6. How long is the certification valid for?
The certification is issued for a three-year cycle , punctuated by an interim surveillance audit , followed by a renewal audit at the end of the cycle . It can be suspended or withdrawn if non-compliance is identified.
7. What changes with the framework reform planned for 1 November 2026?
The 7 criteria will be retained . It is the annex listing the assessment indicators that is expected to be replaced, with stricter requirements on certain points, particularly beneficiary tracking . As the text is still under consultation , we will update this page as soon as it is officially published in the Journal Officiel.
8. Are your skills assessments covered by the certification?
Yes. Our certification covers both training actions and skills assessments , making the latter eligible for CPF funding.
9. Do you offer in-house training?
Yes, our trainers travel on-site for dedicated sessions for your teams , throughout Drôme , Ardèche , and the Auvergne -Rhône -Alpes region . Content is adapted to your context while remaining compliant with the framework .
10. Are your training courses accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes. Our premises are accessible and a designated disability officer is identified within the centre to review necessary adjustments with you, in liaison with Agefiph if funding can be mobilized.
11. How can I submit a complaint?
The seventh criterion of the framework requires the collection and handling of complaints . Any complaint can be submitted via our contact form or directly to the centre's head of studies. It will be formally acknowledged and answered in writing.
