At Alphea Conseil, Taking our environment into account has always been an integral part of our values.


Since the creation of the Alphea Conseil network in 2007, Ludovic D'HOOGHE, The CEO has recognised the importance of having a positive and lasting impact on the environment.

The implementation of our CSR policy is not just a statement of intent; it is our roadmap for a future where the prosperity of our network coexists harmoniously with the well-being of society and the preservation of our planet. The importance of environmental responsibility cannot be underestimated in the current context. At Alphea Conseil, we actively strive to play a significant role by adopting sustainable practices and promoting environmentally friendly solutions. Our commitment to protecting the planet guides our efforts to contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable future for all.

Our actions : 

  • Carbon footprint : The majority of our investments have focused on a modern headquarters with a low carbon footprint. Our premises comply with the latest environmental standards, featuring triple-glazed windows, energy-efficient LED lighting and smart heating and air conditioning management. In addition, we have favoured local companies for the construction, thereby contributing to the growth of the community. Our office furniture is made from sustainable and environmentally friendly materials. Overall, our workspace reflects our commitment to a greener and more sustainable future, where every detail is carefully considered to reduce our impact on the planet. Furthermore,All our offices are easily accessible by train and public transport, encouraging the use of environmentally friendly modes of transport.

  • Waste management : We actively recycle our office waste, with collection points in every office. We are also committed to promoting local and seasonal food for all company events, for example by working with local producers for our company lunches.

  • Responsible mobility : we encourage carpooling and use public transport for our business travel. For example, our carpooling programme has enabled us to reduce carbon emissions by 20% related to our employees' travel last year. In order to uphold our values of proximity, we must always be in contact with our customers while minimising our impact as much as possible. That is why we favour carpooling for all our appointments. For each of our events, we choose the least polluting form of transport, e.g. train vs plane. In addition, our entire range of combustion engine vehicles is currently being replaced with less polluting vehicles.

  • Use of sustainable tools :We use servers located in France to minimise the environmental impact of our online activities. In addition, we have implemented initiatives to use zero-waste tools, such as reusable tableware and sustainable office supplies. Furthermore, we have launched a programme aimed at digitising all of our processes.
    Since our network was founded in 2017, we have implemented a policy of "Zero Paper" across our entire network. A pioneering policy at the time, it has now become essential and central . We also train all our teams in the proper use of all tools, such as the regular deletion of emails.

  •  Proximity : All of our offices are accessible. by train and public transport in order to promote the use of sustainable modes of transport. We have established local agencies in business parks to be as close as possible to our clients and candidates, thereby facilitating access to professional opportunities for our candidates.

  • Local actors : We regularly organise job dating events where hundreds of candidates meet employers face to face. In addition, we visit local schools, such as the Business School: INSEEC, EM Lyon, which allows to promote the integration of young people within our premises.

  • Territorial anchoring : Our CEO Ludovic D’HOOGHE supports the leaders of tomorrow in their entrepreneurial projects (company acquisitions or sales, etc.). He volunteers his time to help local entrepreneurs like himself to grow their businesses.
