Our actions:
Carbon footprint: The bulk of our investments focused on a low‑carbon headquarters. Our premises conform to the latest environmental standards, with features such as triple‑glazed windows, energy‑efficient LED lighting, and smart heating & cooling management. Additionally, we prioritized local firms for construction, contributing to community growth. Our office furniture is made from durable, eco‑friendly materials. Overall, our workspace testifies to our commitment to a greener, sustainable future, where every detail is thoughtfully considered to minimize our environmental impact. Furthermore, all our offices are easily accessible by train and public transit, encouraging eco‑friendly commuting.
Waste management: we actively recycle our office waste, with collection points in each office. We have also committed to sourcing local, seasonal food for all company events, for example by working with local producers for our corporate lunches.
Responsible mobility: we encourage carpooling and use public transportation for business travel. For example, our carpooling program reduced carbon emissions from employee travel by 20% last year. To align with our value of proximity, we stay in touch with clients while minimizing environmental impact, favoring carpooling for all appointments. We choose lower‑pollution transport options (e.g. train over plane). Also, our fleet of combustion vehicles is being gradually replaced with cleaner alternatives.
Use of sustainable tools: we use servers located in France to reduce the environmental impact of our online activities. We have also launched zero‑waste tool initiatives, such as reusable dishware and sustainable office supplies. Moreover, we initiated a program to digitize all our processes. Since the network’s inception in 2017, we adopted a “Paper‑Free” policy across the network. Once avant‑garde, it has now become essential and central. We also train our teams on best use of tools, such as regular email purging.



Our actions:
At Alphéa Conseil, we are committed to collaborating with local actors and supporting local employment. By sponsoring various local and international associations, as well as assisting individuals in professional reintegration, we strive to play an active role in strengthening community ties and promoting social inclusion. Through a proximity‑based approach, support for local stakeholders, and strong territorial anchoring, we seek to contribute significantly to the development and well‑being of our social environment.

Our actions:
Proximity: all our offices are accessible by train and public transit to encourage use of soft mobility. We established local agencies in business parks to be close to our clients and candidates, making it easier to access job opportunities.
Local stakeholders: we regularly organize job fairs where hundreds of candidates meet employers directly. Additionally, our interventions in local schools, such as the Business School: INSEEC, EM Lyon, help promote youth integration at our offices.
Territorial anchoring: our CEO Ludovic D’HOOGHE guides tomorrow’s leaders in their entrepreneurial projects (buyouts or business exits). Voluntarily, he gives his time to help local entrepreneurs like him grow.
