Founded in 2007 by
Ludovic D'HOOGHE, who spent over 20 years working with international retail and specialist retail brands. Since 2007, he has been developing an international network of agencies run by directors, all of whom have previously held
strategic roles
on the executive committees of major multinational companies, with at least
15 years of operational experience
in their respective sectors. Consequently, each of our consultants has a thorough understanding of the industries and companies they recruit for, enabling them to fully assess our clients' challenges. Clients and consultants speak the same language, but that is not all!
For our
recruitment activity, we also offer
personalised support for candidates! Within the
Alphéa Conseil firm, there are no robots managing applications; every CV submitted is reviewed
individually and
every candidate receives a personalised response. Why? Because we believe that every candidate is unique and that everyone deserves to know why their application was not successful.
Once candidates are approved, hired and on-boarded, they are offered support ranging from 1 to 6 months, with the following objectives:
- Successfully navigating their integration phase, which is essential to passing their probationary period,
- Assessing with them how well their new role aligns with the company's expectations,
- Monitoring and validating their skills and operational performance,
- Sharing any potential questions or concerns with the client company,
- Defining and supporting final post-onboarding arrangements, both regarding geographical areas/mobility and the evolution of the role.
Alphéa Conseil is innovating: present on all current social media networks, we fully understand the added value of Recruitment 3.0. This allows us to use new technologies to build a privileged, direct connection with our candidates. We are well aware that a fun, genuine photo on Facebook is worth more than a long, overly rehearsed speech!
