Created in 2007 by Ludovic D'HOOGHE, who spent nearly 20 years with international distribution and specialized distribution brands. Il have been developing since 2007 an international network of practices led by executives, all from strategic management board positions, of major multinational companies, with a minimum of 15 years' operational experience in the sector for which he is responsible.
Also, each of our consultants has a thorough understanding of the businesses and companies for which they are commissioned, and can therefore assess our customers' issues, . Customers and consultants speak the same language, but that's not all!
This is also, on our recruitment business, personalized coaching for candidates! At the cabinet Alphéa Conseil, there are no robots to manage applications, all CVs submitted are studied individually and each candidate receives a personalized response. Why? Because we believe that every candidate is unique, and that everyone needs to know why their application has been unsuccessful.
Once candidates have been validated, recruited and in post, support ranging from 1 to 6 months is offered with the aim of:
- Succeed in their integration period, which is crucial to the validation of their trial period,
- Validate with them the good fit between the company's expectations and their taking on the job,
- Check and validate skills and operational situation,
- Feed back any questions to the client company,
- Define and support the assumption of definitive post-integration functions, both in terms of geographical sector and mobility, and in terms of the development of the proposed position.
