Why join Alphea Consulting?

Founded in 2007 by Ludovic D'HOOGHE, who spent nearly 20 years working for international retail chains and specialist distributors. Since 2007, he has been developing an international network of firms led by executives, all of whom have held strategic positions on the management committees of large multinational companies and have at least 15 years of operational experience in their respective sectors.
As a result, each of our consultants has a thorough understanding of the businesses and companies for which they are assigned, enabling them to assess our clients' issues. Clients and consultants are therefore on the same page, but that's not all!



It also means personalized support for candidates in our recruitment activities! At Alphéa Conseil, we don't use robots to manage applications. All CVs submitted are reviewed individually, and each candidate receives a personalized response. Why? Because we believe that every candidate is unique and that everyone should know why their application was not selected.


Once candidates have been approved, recruited, and hired, they are offered support for a period of 1 to 6 months with the following objectives:

- To ensure they successfully complete their induction period, which is essential for the approval of their probationary period,

- Confirm with them that the company's expectations and their new role are a good fit,

- Check and validate their skills and operational situation,

- Pass on any questions to the client company,

- Define and support their final post-integration roles in terms of geographical location, mobility, and career development.


Alphéa Conseil innovates : present on all current social networks, we are fully aware of the added value of recruitment 3.0. We also use all the latest technologies to develop a privileged relationship with our candidates, establishing direct contact, and we know that a good, fun photo on Facebook will always be better than a long, overly prepared speech!
