Orlane Biasi – Managing Partner, Alphéa Conseil Lyon



Born and raised in the Lyon area, I am deeply attached to this region where I grew up, studied, built my career and forged my convictions. Today, at 54, with more than 30 years of experience in human resources, I’ve chosen to open a new chapter in my professional life—an adventure that combines purpose, ambition, and humanity.

I see this new chapter as both continuity and transformation. After a long career in demanding industries—from textiles at the Chamatex group to metallurgy, from packaging with more than 15 years at EMIN LEYDIER, SAICA group, to micro-electronics within Mafelec Team—I learned how to structure, steer, and embody an HR function that is pragmatic, high-performing, rigorous, and deeply human. I’ve supported executives, recruited talent, trained teams, negotiated agreements—and above all: listened, understood, and acted.

As an HR Director for many years, I had to juggle a multitude of providers to meet my teams’ HR needs: recruitment firms, training organizations, outplacement firms during sensitive periods, skills-assessment experts, coaches, HR consultants… Each contact had their specialty, but none truly spoke our language. And every time, I lost precious time re-explaining our culture, our challenges, our reality.

So, since I couldn’t find a firm that brought all these areas of expertise together, I decided to create one—and I surrounded myself with specialists in each field to offer you a global, coherent, tailor-made approach, with a single point of contact who is responsive, human, and attentive.

It was the quality of support and the trust I received from Aphéa Conseil that gave me the desire—and the momentum—to create my own agency.

In 2025, I made the strong choice to join the Alphéa Conseil network by taking over the Lyon office, at the heart of my region. This entrepreneurial project is much more than a career change: it’s a decision of purpose, heart, and conviction.
