Orlane Biasi

A native of the Lyon region, I'm deeply attached to the area where I grew up, studied, built my career and forged my convictions. Today, at 54, with over 30 years' experience in human resources, I choose to open a new page in my professional life, in an adventure that combines meaning, ambition and humanity.

I see this new chapter as one of continuity and transformation. After a long career in demanding industries - from textiles with the Chamatex group to metallurgy, from packaging with over 15 years with EMIN LEYDIER, SAICA group to microelectronics with Mafelec Team - I learned how to structure, lead and embody a HR function that is pragmatic, efficient, rigorous and deeply human. I've supported managers, recruited talent, trained teams, negotiated agreements, and above all: listened, understood, and acted.

As HR Director, for many years I had to juggle with a multitude of service providers to meet the HR needs of my teams: recruitment agencies, training organizations, outplacement firms in sensitive periods, experts in skills assessments, coaches, HR consultants... Each interlocutor had their own specialty, but none really spoke the same language as us. And each time, I wasted precious time re-explaining our culture, our challenges, our reality.

So, failing to find a firm capable of bringing together all this expertise, I decided to create it. And I surrounded myself with specialists in each field to offer you a global, coherent, tailor-made approach, with a single contact, responsive, human, and at your beck and call.

In 2025, I therefore made the strong choice to join the réseau Alphéa Conseil, taking over the cabinet in Lyon, in the heart of my region. This entrepreneurial project represents much more than a professional shift: it's a decision of meaning, of heart, and of convictions.

My driving force has always been people. And today more than ever, I believe in an approach to recruitment based on listening, understanding life paths, the desire to value each person in their singularity.
