Attached to my hometown, Saint-Brieuc, and convinced of its potential, I embarked on the adventure Alphéa Conseil in May 2019.

Alphéa Conseil has changed my life! I started out as a Recruitment Officer and never thought I'd give my professional career such a boost. At Alphéa Conseil I learned a real profession,the recruitment consulting business and it became a passion. What could be more satisfying than changing the lives of candidates and providing real support to struggling business leaders in building their teams?

Filled with passion, I worked hard and Alphéa Conseil gave me the opportunity to become my own boss. Today, I'm Managing Director of my first office in Brittany.

I like to pass on to my team what drives me on a daily basis, teaching them to think to find the best solution to support our customers and candidates. I would also like to help employees who are keen to learn and develop, to experience the adventure I am living today by developing other firms in Brittany.
