After a Master's degree in Human Resources Managementat IAE Amiens, I joined the HAYS recruitment agency for two years eas a recruitment consultant in the fields of sales and administrative support, with specific technical and linguistic skills.

Recruiting profiles in the industrial, service and construction sectors has enabled me to acquire specific skills and develop my knowledge of the Picard basin.

My desire to manage and run a agency independently led me to join the SAMSIC group, where I began to specialize in the refrigeration and HVAC trades.

In love with my hometown, Amiens, and with an entrepreneurial soul, I embarked on the Alphéa Conseil in July 2021, when I opened an Alphéa Conseil office in Amiens, the first in Picardie.

The firm is specialized by business sector: BTP, cooling and HVAC, industry, logistics and transport, retail and retail, finance, human resources and accounting firm profiles.

Turned towards people, it's important for me to accompany the candidate from A to Z in his professional project and to find a company where he will be fully fulfilled.

My expertise also enables me to understand the issues facing companies and propose suitable candidates to them. I'm the ambassador of each of my clients to the candidates!
