My 30 years of experience in retail have been shaped by stimulating challenges, landmark successes and strong human experiences.

Over the years, I have risen through the ranks to hold senior management positions in profit center management in different regions.

Lead teams in distribution, some of which involved more than 350 employees, was an enriching experience, and I was able to develop professionalism and solid expertiserecognized in particular in human resources management :

• Management of proximity, strategic and operational in specialized and food retail (Castorama, Conforama, Carrefour hyper, Intermarché Hyper),
• Recruitment, talent integration and development: valuing and developing competence and performance with the construction of action plans,
• Duplication of training to various management teams (customer management, management, recruitment, labor law...),
  
• Conflict management and accompaniment with changes in the context of PES and the transition of integrated stores to management leases,
• Federating teams around customer satisfaction and performance.

I have devoted my career to the development and culture of results, and I know how closely economic performance is linked to People. I know how to identify, value and promote the skills of my collaborators, employees or managers, because I'm convinced that placing the right people in the right positions is essential to the growth and longevity of the company as well as to individual well-being. Based on my career path, which has focused largely on people, I'm keen to put my business expertise and skills to work for companies and candidates.
