Originally from Brittany, it was in 2019 that I settled in Montauban, in the Tarn-et-Garonne.

It was this new territory, full of challenge and dynamism, that pushed me towards entrepreneurship!

My meetings and exchanges with Ludovic D'Hooghe, Rachida Tata and the other group managers have been a driving force, a real source of motivation in my daily life and in my career choice...

By joining the Alphéa Conseil network, I wanted to bring my expertise, my support and my skills to Tarn and Garonne companies to meet their needs, both in France and internationally.

In fact, my mastery of Spanish and English (and French, of course!) means that my Montauban-based recruitment office can support all types of organization, from local entities to major international groups, with support and HR functions often based abroad. Being trilingual enables me to interact with all the people involved in the recruitment process, from operational staff to senior executives, to better understand the issues and problems encountered in the field. This enables me to support my customers and candidates in their projects for sales and support functions in Occitanie, more widely in France, but also internationally, with my partners located abroad.
