That's why I decided to join the Alphéa Conseil network and open the consulting, recruitment, training & strategy practice in Thonon-Les-Bains. Locating my practice in the heart of the Chablais illustrates one of the 4 values of the network that particularly motivates me: The PROXIMITY.
In fact, it means that I live on a daily basis in this territory to which I have a strong attachment. I'm familiar with the region's assets, such as a dynamic local economic fabric made up mainly of VSEs and SMEs, and a unique living environment, to name but a few. I'm also aware of the challenges it faces, such as the attractiveness of Switzerland and the challenges of mobility, which represents a real loyalty-builder for employers!

And that's something I've experienced for 19 years at Decathlon, where I've worked in 4 different business areas (logistics, after-sales service, change management and sales). This led me to recruit, manage and develop a variety of profiles in the context of running profit centers or cross-functional projects. As a result, I've acquired expertise in building the right team with the right organization and facilitation style to achieve objectives.
