For over 25 years, I've been helping managers with their recruitment, team structuring and HR strategy. I recruit, manage, train and coach talent in demanding environments,always with the same conviction: a successful company is one that knows how to surround itself with the right people.

Certified in the Process Communication Model, and also to the methode DISC, I also offer training courses to better understand relational dynamics and optimize team cohesion within companies. Because beyond recruitment, my ambition is to support companies towards more effective, more human and more sustainable management.
