For over 25 years, I’ve supported business leaders with their recruitment, team structuring, and HR strategy. I recruit, manage, train, and guide talent in demanding environments, always with the same conviction: a high-performing company is one that surrounds itself with the right people.
Today, as head of the recruitment firm Alphéa Conseil in Grenoble, I put this experience to work for companies that want to de-risk their hiring, optimize their organization, and attract top talent.
For several years now, I’ve worked alongside companies to secure their recruitments and help them build high-performing teams.
