From Chambéry, in the heart of the Alps, I've always been deeply inspired by the mountains that surround me. Their grandeur and resilience have forged my character and my vision of work: to climb each summit with determination and accompany others in their own ascents.

My career path has always been guided by this passion for entrepreneurship, a powerful driving force in everything I do.

After specialized studies inpsychology and human resources, I embarked on a rich and varied career in team management and corporate leadership. My experience at CEDEO, a key player in the building materials trade, was marked by years of branch management. This role enabled me to develop expertise in management, in business development and in guiding teams towards excellence.

But it's really my roots in Chambéry, a city at the heart of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, that has shaped my expertise. As managing director of the Chambéry-based recruitment firm, Alphea Conseil, I use my in-depth knowledge of the local economic fabric to support companies in their search for talent. Chambéry, a strategic economic crossroads between Lyon, Grenoble and Geneva, is brimming with opportunities in a variety of sectors: industry, digital, logistics and tourism. It is in this dynamic environment that our firm operates.
