After more than 17 years working for international retail chains and specialist retailers, where I held operational management positions and participated in the development of brands in Europe, I founded Alphéa Conseil, a recruitment and strategy consultancy, in 2007, based on convictions that are still relevant today.
My objective: to address HR, operational and business development issues in France and internationally.
The Alphéa Conseil network was born from a simple idea:
