After more than 17 years working for international retailers in the mass retail and specialized retail sectors, where I was able to exercise operational management functions and participate in the development of banners in Europe, I founded Alphéa Conseil, a recruitment and strategy consultancy, in 2007, on the basis of convictions that are still valid today.
My objective: to respond to the HR, operational and development issues of companies in France and abroad.
The Alphéa Conseil network was born of a simple idea:
How to align companies' needs and the live forces available on the job market?
How to take into account candidates' expectations in the face of a constantly changing job market?
How to support companies in their development, and offer them solutions tailored to their market requirements to enable them to progress rapidly?
After 20 years in the service of business leaders, it was time for me to take time out to look after others.
So I decided to give like-minded people the opportunity to open their own Alphéa Conseil firm, with tailored support to ensure their success.
