After more than ten years leading teams and projects in mass retail, in France and internationally, I chose to return to what matters most: people.
Today, I am the head of the
recruitment and HR strategy consulting firm in Vannes, with a strong belief: a company’s performance depends above all on
the quality of the human relationships that make it up.
Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to live through
rich, demanding professional experiences in complex, multicultural environments where the human factor was central. I’ve supported teams through transformation and reorganization—often unstable contexts—where it was necessary to
restore meaning, rebuild trust, and create new collective momentum.
Bilingual (French and Italian), I’ve evolved in international environments where communication and intercultural agility were indispensable assets.
I learned to listen, understand, and bring people together, adapting to each context and each company culture.
