After more than ten years spent managing teams and projects in the retail sector, both in France and internationally, I decided to go back to basics: people.

Today, I'm the head of the recruitment and HR strategy consultancy in Vannes, with a strong conviction: a company's performance depends above all on the quality of the human relationships that make it up.

Throughout my career, I've been lucky enough to have had rich and demanding professional experiences, in complex, multicultural environments, where the human factor was central. I've supported teams undergoing transformation, reorganization and often instability, where it was necessary to give meaning, rebuild trust, and create new collective dynamics.

Bilingual (French and Italian), I evolved in international environments where communication and intercultural agility were indispensable assets.

- Facilitated training courses to enhance team skills,

- Managed labor relations with transparency and respect,

- And collaborated with all levels of the company: production, logistics, HR, general management...

These experiences have forged in me a concrete, agile and deeply human approach to Human Resources. No ready-made solutions, but tailor-made support, anchoredin the reality of the field. My ambition today is to accompany companies in Morbihan and Southern Brittany, whatever their sector or size, in structuring and optimizing their HR policy.

My recruitment firm based in Vannes operates around three complementary axes:

1. Tailor-made recruitment: finding the right profiles, but above all guaranteeing the match between personality, skills and corporate culture.

2. HR strategy consulting: structuring, projecting, securing the future by developing talent.

3. Human accompaniment: managerial coaching, team cohesion, change management, skills development.
