Overall, I cut my teeth in management

At 34, I became
sales and marketing director of a B2B industrial group serving
the entire French industry (
aeronautics,

dhome automation, …). My management responsibilities covered a team of 10 employees serving 1,500 active clients per year.
As I approached my 40th birthday, feeling the need for an entrepreneurial project, the
recruitment was obvious. As
headhunter I accompanied
executives of the
industry, of the
computer science and of the
food industry. My recruitment activities focused on technical and/or management profiles in France and Belgium.
My targets: business unit managers, executives, and experts in production, R&D, QHSE, BE,
finance and accounting, HR, IT, technical sales representatives, …
The entrepreneurial adventure continues at Alphea Conseil and Alphea Executive in the Paris region. What attracted me to Alphea was its entrepreneurial spirit, its high-quality network, and the fact that it matches my preferred sectors: industry, agri-food, retail, distribution, and construction. As a multi-specialist, I also bring my skills in IT and finance to the table.
Curious by nature and sociable, I enjoy helping executives, HR professionals, and managers, and enabling professionals to grow by offering them new experiences.

A rather unusual career path... I started my career as a baker and pastry chef. Even though I didn't have a high school diploma, I nevertheless firmly qualified : post-master's degree in management ressources humaines, Master's degree in business management, Master's degree in sociology, Bachelor's degree in social work, and a professional certificate in baking and pastry making.
Since 2015, I have been an ambassador. RSE and as such, I support executives, associations, and SMEs in their recruitment processes and in understanding the importance of their attractiveness as employers. For example, in 2021, I joined an association - Soli Food Waste- and the ESAT local in a hypermarket, promoting products destined for disposal, thus demonstrating a commitment to a smaller environmental footprint. RSE positive, promoting inclusion and paving the way for “anti-waste”.
These three certifications enable me to work more efficiently and credibly: Prince2 (project management), SocialTalent (recruitment and headhunting) in English, and Communic’Action (CNV).
