My background lets managers know they can count on me.

Globally, my background is in training management (retail, agrifood, construction, iindustryand services), then in recruitment (informatics, retail, industry).

At 34, I became sales and marketing director of a B2B industrial group servingall French industry (aerospace, spatial, defense, security, medical and pharmaceutical, rail, mechanical, electrical, electronic, energy, automotive, luxury, domotic, ...). My management involved a team of 10 employees for 1500 active customers/year.

At the dawn of my 40th birthday, feeling the need for an entrepreneurial project, recruitment was an obvious choice. As a headhunter, I worked with managers in the industry, computer and agro-food sectors. My recruitments concerned technical and/or management profiles, in France and Belgium.

My targets: business unit managers, executives and experts in production, R&D, QHSE, BE,finance-accounting, HR, IT, technical sales, ...

Also, I have expertise in executive, executive and operational profiles in BVP, chocolaterie, biscuiterie, glacerie, "sweet food"... (sweet gastronomy and snacking), on an international scale. Even today, I regularly receive recruitment requests from managers.

The entrepreneurial adventure continues at Alphea Conseil and Alphea Executive in Ile-de-France. What attracted me to Alphea: the entrepreneurial spirit, a quality network, and the correspondence with my preferred sectors: industry, agri-food, retail, distribution, building and civil engineering. Being a multi-specialist, I also bring my skills in IT and finance.

Curious by nature and easy to get along with, I like to be of service to executives, HR, managers, and enable professionals to evolve by offering them a new experience.

Historically, my training, certifications and hobbies:

A rather atypical career path ... I began my career as a baker. Without having had the baccalaureate I nevertheless solidly graduated: post-master's degree in human resources management, master's degree in business management, master's degree in sociology, bachelor's degree in social work and a professional bakery-pastry certificate.

These 3 certifications allow me to gain efficiency and credibility: Prince2 (project management), SocialTalent (recruitment and headhunting) in English and Communic'Action (CNV).

And as writing is also a pleasure, I'm the author of a e-book on management "Gagner en leadership: Techniques et astuces pour inspirer et rassembler" with the participation of Admiral LAJOUS, DRH of the French Navy, a senior GOOGLE executive. (Available from Fnac and Amazon).

Passionate about management and innovation, for several years I co-founded, directed and led the HB CLUB (Human talents & Business Club). It was a networking club that met at afterworks around conferences featuring inspiring personalities (CEOs and senior executives, business angels, entrepreneurs, renowned business lawyers, etc.). Some examples: GOOGLE, SOLVAY, TRIFINANCE, HUDSON, SAXOBANK, DELHAIZE, BUYLE LEGAL, ...

Since November 2022, my entrepreneurial project has been pursued at Alphea Conseil and Alphea Executive Paris Ile-de-France for a long-term investment. I love Paris, the Seine-et-Marne and Fontainebleau where I live.
