A native of the Rhone Valley lands, my career path has been shaped by experience in the field, where every challenge has been an opportunity to learn, grow and excel.

From my very first steps in the world of work, I spent five years immersed in the complex world of labor law and industrial relations in the human resources department of an international French company specializing in retail.

Following this, and for almost twelve years, I was in charge of the human resources department of a French national group (29 establishments) with diversified activities: building, finance, engineering, metallurgy, property development... I embarked on the adventure with this company when it was in its very early stages, with the exhilarating challenge of starting from scratch: I had the freedom to innovate, develop and direct HR policy as well as all strategic axes like a true intrapreneur. I had the opportunity to actively participate in the development of this SME through the recruitment of multidisciplinary profiles throughout France (from 50 to 100 recruitments per year).

This experience was also an opportunity to accompany and support the historic manager at every stage of his company's life, in success but also in adversity. As an extension of this magnificent experience and on the eve of my 40th birthday, I made the bold choice to embark on entrepreneurship and join the Alphéa Conseil network by taking over the historic Valence firm.
This firm is no ordinary establishment; it is the first-born of the Alphéa Conseil network, the fruit of the hard work of Mr Ludovic D'HOOGHE and Mrs. Rachida TATA. In its fifteen years of existence, this firm has already contributed to the success of numerous businesses and professional careers in our beautiful region.

The creation of this first establishment marked the beginning of an extraordinary entrepreneurial adventure guided by strong values, and to which I adhere: expertise, demand, the satisfaction customer, the proximity... all driven by our extra soul.
Taking over this iconic firm represents more than just an honor for me; it's a real source of pride and a responsibility imbued with confidence.

Joining Alphéa Conseil was also the choice of ambition.

Today, the Alphéa Conseil network brings together a family of 30 agencies and over 120 employees. The objectives set for 2030 are much greater: to bring together 100 agencies and over 300 employees throughout France.

I enjoy working with people, quickly understanding their aspirations and needs, and helping them achieve their goals. A daring and accomplished woman of the field, an expert in recruitment and HR strategy, I'm driven by a single objective:results.
