Céline BOUDRAS – Managing Partner, Alphéa Conseil Valence


A native of the Rhône Valley, my professional journey has been shaped by hands-on experience, where every challenge has been an opportunity to learn, grow, and surpass myself.

From my very first steps in the working world, I spent five years immersed in the complex realm of labor law and labor relations within the HR department of a French company with an international footprint, specialized in retail.

Subsequently, for nearly twelve years, I led the human resources department of a French national group (29 sites) with diversified activities: construction, finance, design office, metallurgy, real estate development... I embarked on the adventure when the company was taking its very first steps, with the exhilarating challenge of starting from scratch: I had the freedom to innovate, develop, and lead HR policy as well as all strategic pillars as a true intrapreneur. I had the opportunity to actively contribute to the growth of this SME by recruiting multidisciplinary profiles across France (from 50 to 100 hires per year).

This experience was also an opportunity to support and stand alongside the founding leader at every stage of the company’s life—through success and through adversity. Building on this remarkable journey and on the brink of my 40s, I made the bold choice to embark on entrepreneurship and to join the Alphéa Conseil network by taking over the historic Valence office.
This office is no ordinary site; it is the firstborn of the Alphéa Conseil network—the result of the hard work of Mr. Ludovic D’HOOGHE and Ms. Rachida TATA. Over fifteen years, this office has already contributed to the success of many businesses and careers in our beautiful region.

The creation of this first office marked the beginning of an extraordinary entrepreneurial journey guided by strong values that I share: expertise, high standards, clientsatisfaction, andproximity… all driven by our special spark.
Taking over this emblematic office is far more than an honor for me; it is a true source of pride and a responsibility built on trust.

Joining Alphéa Conseil was also a choice of ambition.

Today the Alphéa Conseil network brings together a family of 30 offices and over 120 team members. The goals for 2030 are much greater: to unite 100 offices and more than 300 people across France.
