My journey begins in Latvia, a small country near the Baltic Sea.
When I think about it, I can say that the desire to accompany people has always been part of me. First, as a French teacher, I accompanied students and their parents, then as an interpreter, I accompanied French professionals in their activities in Latvia.
When I arrived in France, it was at the Musée du Parfum that I accompanied visitors (individuals or entire coaches), giving them guided tours and looking for the best fragrances to match their personalities. This fascinating job has marked my career path and represents 8 years spent in mass retail developing my expertise in the commercial approach to customers.
On a perpetual quest for "who do I want to become?", I'm curious about the jobs my friends are doing. One day, I hear through a fascinating discussion about recruiters, people who accompany people, who know exactly what they want to become, who have a profession or on the contrary who are looking for a new challenge.

At the age of 32, we're in 2019, mother of 2 young children, I quit my permanent job to become a student again: admitted directly into a Master 2 HR Management program my only objective is to get a ticket to the world of recruitment.
A beginner at the time, with many difficulties, I persevered and found my work-study placement. I did it at Spie Batignolle Construction IFD as a recruitment manager. I'm discovering the BTP trades, such an exciting world, and the Group's cross-functional businesses. I'm lucky enough to be accompanied by a manager who teaches me all the basics, all the recruiting codes and who gives me all the keys to succeed afterwards. I work with recruitment agencies on the client side.
Today, I'm the Alphea Conseil Paris Branch Manager. A strategy and recruitment consultancy that totally matches my values. For several years now, I've been helping my customers recruit their future employee. What I appreciate most is the diversity of the professions and sectors in which I work.
Today, I'm a specialist not only in BTP, but also in HR, support, technical and sales functions. Knowing well the requirements and expectations that customers may have, I easily listen to them to offer excellent follow-up and accompaniment.
