My journey begins in Latvia, a small country near the Baltic Sea..
When I think about it, I can say that the desire to accompany people always been a part of me. First, as a French teacher, I accompanied students and their parents, then as an interpreter, I accompanied French professionals in their activities in Latvia.
When I arrived in France, I began accompanying visitors (individuals or entire bus groups) to the Perfume Museum, giving them guided tours and helping them find the best fragrances to suit their personalities. This exciting work has shaped my professional career and represents eight years spent in mass retail developing my expertise in the commercial approach customers.
In my constant search for “who do I want to become?”, I am curious about the jobs my friends do. One day, I overheard a fascinating discussion about recruiters, people who accompany others, who know exactly what they want to become, who have a job or, on the contrary, who are looking for a new one challenge.
At 32 years old, in 2019, as a mother of two young children, I left my permanent job to become a student again: admitted directly into a Master's degree in HR Management, my only goal was to get a ticket into the world of recruitment.
As a beginner at the time, I persevered despite many difficulties and found my work-study program. I completed it at Spie Batignolle Construction IFD as a recruitment officer. I am discovering the professions of BTP, such an exciting world, and the group's cross-functional roles. I am fortunate to have a manager who teaches meall the basics, all the recruitment codes and gives me all the keys to future success. I work with cabinets de recrutement client side.
Today, I am the Manager of Alphéa Conseil Paris agency. Un strategy and recruitment consulting firm which is completely in line with my values. For several years now, I accompany my clients in recruiting their future employee. What I appreciate most is the diversity of the professions and sectors in which I work.
Today, I am a specialist not only in BTP, but also in the RH, functions supports, techniques and commercial. Being well aware of the requirements and expectations that customers may have, I am always ready to listen to them in order to offer an excellent suivi and support.
