A Tailored Integration Programme
At Alphea Conseil, we attach paramount importance to the onboarding of our new directors. To ensure a smooth transition and a deep understanding of our business and organisation, we have set up an initial 3-month support scheme including: a mandatory integration week taking place at the Alphea Conseil headquarters in Valence, plus operational support during the first three months of activity, managed by each headquarter department. The initial training week is structured as follows:
Day One: Immersion with Ludovic D'HOOGHE, CEO

- Development of an effective sales strategy (prospect identification, etc.)
- Presentation of framework agreements.
Day Five: Presentation of our training services commercialisation with Rachida TATA
- Understanding how training services operate, in line with quality requirements and Alphea Conseil's Qualiopi certification,
- Detailed study of the training catalogue based on the managing director's skills.
