A tailor-made integration programme

At Alphea Conseil, We attach great importance to integration of our new managers.  In order to ensure a smooth transition and a thorough understanding of our company and our organisation, we have implemented a initial support programme lasting 3 months including: a mandatory induction week at Alphea Conseil's headquarters in Valencia, plus operational support during the first three months of employment provided by each department at headquarters. The initial training week is broken down as follows:  

• First day: Immersion with Ludovic D'HOOGHE CEO
  - Thorough understanding of the network's core values,
  - Definition of the strategy for opening the office locally.
  
  

• Day two: Meeting with our HR Director, Rachida TATA
  - Discover Alphea Conseil's sourcing tools, CV databases and recruitment techniques.
  - Presentation of HR recommendations (remuneration policy, framework agreement, mutual insurance, etc.).
  
  

• Day 3: Presentation and breakdown of the global network strategy at the local level with Laura LE PEVEDIC, Marketing Manager & Communication
  - Development of a tailor-made communication and marketing strategy for the firm,
  - Presentation of the Alphea Conseil brand operating manual.
  
  
• Day 4: Presentation and breakdown of the global network strategy at the local level with Ludovic D'HOOGHE, CEO
  - Developing an effective sales strategy (identifying prospects, etc.)
  - Presentation of framework agreements.
  
  

• Day 5: Presentation of the marketing of our training offer with Rachida TATA
  - Understanding how training services work,
  - Detailed study of the training catalogue based on the manager's skills.
