It seems obvious and easy today to illustrate my convictions with these quotes because I can draw on my experience as a leader, a manager, a recruiter too. These thirty years have helped to make me aware that the permanence of changeof course also applies to the corporate world.

Ikea is a great example of this constant change. My role : accompany my teams, whether in store (up to 600 people) or at head office, directly or remotely via local managers, on major transformation projects, sales or organization. Recruiting, integrating, training, managing, developing, coaching, we can talk about it and accompany you on your projects.

The need to give meaning to teamss and make them aware of the importance of their role, theadded value of each individual in these evolutionary processes has also proved essential at Lapeyre, coaching before its time, or as Business Development Director I led network reorganizations and support project rollouts to integrated stores (80) and independents (45). Recruiting the promoters of these projects was a priority. The coaching to make them better a continuity.

This knowledge of integrated and independent environments, enhanced at Mr Bricolage (over 380 stores) enables a targeted and personalized approach to our customers, whatever the business sector and the mission entrusted: recruitment, coaching, consulting.

What's the other constant in the company?

The men and women who make up the lifeblood of organizations. Without these forces, nothing is created, nothing is transformed. Behind every business there's an idea, behind every idea, one or more creators.

Bolstered by these strong foundations, I wanted to complete this executive career path by becoming a coach. Executive coach certification from HEC for individual, group and organizational coaching. Executive and corporate coach with the UPGY training. Associating with recruitment was the first obvious step, joining a collective was the second. The Alphea network is the answer to this desire to work together.
