The first part of my career was spent in various managerial roles in strategic marketing and business development.
A graduate of ESCP Business School (École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris), I spent around twenty years across different industries , notably in the food & beverage sector and retail/distribution within the Heineken group, as well as in IoT and banking/insurance . I experienced many company types and operating models—from large groups to startups, including SMEs. I often created my own roles. My strong curiosity pushed me to decode the rules and drivers of each new environment. That’s how I brought my missions and projects to life—relevantly, creatively, and pragmatically—by bringing together the right methods and the right people.

For several years now, I’ve been a certified professional coach and I became a business owner. My role is to support fellow leaders throughout the managerial life cycle of their company:
