How can I sum up what has always driven me?
The first part of my career was spent in various managerial positions in strategic marketing and business development.
A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, I have spent some 20 years working in various sectors, including agri-food and distribution within the Heineken group, as well as IoT and banking/insurance. I have experienced different types of companies and how they operate, from large groups to start-ups and SMEs. I have often created my own positions. My curiosity has driven me to decipher the codes and motivations of each new environment. This is how I have been able to bring to life, with
relevance, creativity, and pragmatism to my assignments and projects by bringing together the right methods and the right people.

My role is to support other executives in the managerial life cycle of their companies:
Recruitment: finding candidates who fit well with their culture and management style;
Training: strengthening and developing their employees' skills in management, marketing, sales, and communication;
Strategic support: acting as a trusted advisor to help them navigate key stages in their business (organizational or managerial change);
Executive coaching: providing executives with a space to assert their positioning, posture, and self-expression as leaders.
Behind every entity and behind every individual, I see a uniqueness to be explored and revealed.
