My story began in Brittany, in the Morbihan department. Attracted by the dynamism of the sector and the power of marketing strategies, I've always been keen to understand the evolution of the market and the changing expectations of consumers.
It was this passion and curiosity that led me to enthusiastically join the Alphea Conseil network.Beyond a simple professional choice, it was an obvious choice: I fully shared the fundamental values conveyed by the Alphea Conseil network of recruitment firms.
The prospect of participating in the beginning of a great story and actively contributing to its growth deeply motivated me. Alphea 2030's ambitious goal, with its innovative projects and well-established strategies, reinforced my decision.
The Alphéa Conseil network is resolutely focused on the future, with a clear vision: to bring together 100 agencies and 300 employees to build a strong and diverse community. To ensure exemplary quality of service, our Alphea'Cademy training center is also Qualiopi, a token of our professionalism and commitment to excellence.
As a marketing professional, my role is to accompany independent managers in their development, helping them find the solutions best suited to their specific needs. Alphéa Conseil's head office provides a support service dedicated to agencies, with a team of 6 experienced and passionate people, all dedicated to the success of our partners.
My daily routine is punctuated by the implementation of tailor-made strategies for agencies, enabling them to develop their business and thrive in a demanding competitive environment. It is with real pride that I see the concrete results of our work, noting the positive impact on our partners' growth.

Our Alphea'Cademy training center certified Qualiopi is an excellent example of this state of mind. I'm lucky enough to deliver a variety of trainings to our customers on essential topics such as communication, social networks and referencing. The sharing of knowledge and the transmission of skills are an integral part of our DNA, reinforcing our cohesion as a network.
Involved at the head office of the network Alphéa Conseil, I'm happy to actively contribute to the ambitious development plan that drives us. It is with determination and conviction that we move forward towards our objectives, relying on our solidarity and ourteam spirit.
