I began my professional career in the food industry and gastronomy at
Valrhona, where I took charge of a client portfolio
Key Accounts.
I was able to develop my negotiation skills and my keen sense of customer service as a
Business Engineer. I have progressed to a position as
Head of Sales for Southern France, then Sales Manager.
I then gained experience in the start-up world by getting involved as a
Business Developer for FoodConnexion, a website dedicated to professionals in the restaurant and food service industry. This allowed me to add marketing and digital communication to my commercial profile, still within the
food industry and gastronomy.
I started working with Alphéa Conseil More than 8 years ago “on the customer side”: this collaboration enriched me. I realized the importance that every manager should place on recruitmentand the added value this can bring to the company.
The support and trust I received from Alphéa Conseil were the main factors that motivated me to start my own agency.
