
Flavie Launaire

I began my career in food and gastronomy at Valrhona, where I took charge of a portfolio of Comptes Clés customers.
I was able to develop my negotiating skills and keen sense of customer service as a Business Engineer. I progressed to a position as Sales Manager France South and then Sales Manager.
I then experienced the start-up world by getting involved as Business Developer for FoodConnexion, a site dedicated to professionals in the restaurant and food trades. This enabled me to add digital marketing and communication to my business profile, still in the agro-food and gastronomy fields.
I began working with Alphéa Conseil over 8 years ago "on the client side": this collaboration has enriched me. I became aware of the importance every manager should give to recruitment and the added value it can bring to the company.
The support and confidence I had in Alphéa Conseil, are the main factors that made me want to create my agency. |
So I joined the Alphéa network in 2017 by creating the Alphéa Conseil Méditerranée Agency. It was the dimension, both human and strategic that appealed to me and made me want to join this dynamic network, with which I share many values and a common vision of recruitment: the meeting of two projects, that of the company and that of the candidate.
