The Building Business Manager assumes a versatile role encompassing the overall management of the construction process. From the initial study phase through to project delivery, his or her missions include coordinating teams on site, collaborating with the various parties involved, managing budgetary aspects, and ensuring that deadlines are met. His ultimate goal is to guarantee the quality and conformity of the work carried out, while optimizing costs to meet project objectives.

His duties include:

  • Establish relations with various external partners (customers, suppliers, administrative departments, subcontractors...) or internal to the company (design office, management departments, site manager...)...
