Support in 3 steps

At Alphea Conseil, we attach great importance to the integration of our new managers. In order to guarantee a smooth transition and an in-depth understanding of our company and our organization, we have put in place an initial support system over 3 months including: a mandatory integration week which takes place at the Alphea Conseil headquarters in Valencia, plus operational support over the first three months of activity supported by each department department at the headquarters. The initial training week is broken down as follows:

    1st step: Definition of the professional project
    During this stage, we carry out personality assessments and skills assessments by identifying strategic areas for the job search. The goal is to highlight skills, restore confidence, target and transmit key tools for updating your CV and cover letter.

    2nd step: Implementation of strategic actions

    After establishing and raising awareness of the objectives, we put in place a strategy on the different actions to be implemented. Our support is based, among other things, on learning job search techniques, identifying distribution targets, and preparing and carrying out interviews. Listening to market trends, we provide the keys to mastering the use of 3.0 tools.

    3rd step: Monitoring return to employment and assessment

    The duration of our support is 3 months, with intensive preparation for the next upcoming interviews using real cases.
