3-step support

Our mission is to provide the best possible support for your employees following their departure from your company. Our support takes place in several stages and is based above all on exchange.
The first step is a detailed motivational interview, designed to check the feasibility of your employee's career plan and guarantee a rapid outcome. At the end of this interview, your employee will receive support in 3 main phases :

1ᵉ step: Definition of professional project

During this stage, we carry out personality assessments and skills assessments, identifying strategic axes for the job search. The aim is to highlight skills, restore confidence, target and pass on key tools for updating CVs and cover letters.

2° étape : Setting up strategic actions

After establishing and raising awareness of the objectives, we set up a strategy for the various actions to be implemented. Our support includes learning job search techniques, identifying distribution targets, and preparing and conducting interviews. Attentive to market trends, we provide the keys to mastering the use of 3.0 tools.

3° étape : Return-to-employment follow-up and assessment

The duration of our support is 3 months, with intensive preparation for upcoming interviews using real-life cases.

Our expertise

Since 2007, Alphea Conseil has been supporting job seekers.
