Interpret the different types of DISC profiles and identify behavioral dynamics in a professional context.
Analyze the results of DISC tests and present these results in individual sessions.
Design a training or coaching session based on the DISC method, incorporating exercises and practical examples.
Develop an action plan for coaching teams using the DISC method as part of skills development or conflict management.
Evaluate the relevance of DISC tools in different professional situations and adjust their use according to specific needs.
Successfully lead a training or coaching session around the DISC method.

Requisites:

Have passed the DISC model personality tests via the OOJOB platform.
A minimum of 2 years' professional experience.

Assessment:
