The objectives:Analyzing skills : The assessment enables the beneficiary to evaluate his or her professional and personal skills, aptitudes and motivations. The aim is to gain a better understanding of their assets so that they can be better mobilized in their professional project. Defining a professional project : The assessment aims to develop or confirm a professional project in line with skills, aspirations, and the realities of the job market. It can also help you consider career development or retraining. Identifying training needs : The assessment helps to identify any training or validation of acquired experience (VAE) needs required to implement the professional project. Elaborate an action plan : The beneficiary emerges with a concrete, detailed action plan, including the steps required to realize his or her professional project, whether through training, job evolution or retraining. Taking a step back and making the most of what you've learned : The assessment helps to put your career path into perspective, enhance the value of past experience and gain a better understanding of your resources, by becoming aware of skills that are sometimes forgotten or underestimated. Foster informed decision-making : The assessment provides a framework for reflection that enables the beneficiary to make informed decisions about his or her professional future, taking into account the opportunities and constraints of the job market.
