The Égalité et Citoyenneté law of January 27, 2017 requires professionals in charge of recruitment missions to undergo training in non-discrimination in hiring and to renew it every 5 years. The training we offer is a perfect response to this legal obligation.

It will enable you to take stock of the concept of discrimination, to understand the legal framework relating to non-discrimination in recruitment, and to identify risky situations and practices in your recruitments. It also enables you to implement solutions to prevent these risks and secure your practices.

This training course is aimed at anyone working in recruitment or human resources.

Methods used:

The program alternates theory and practice, integrating concrete cases, a participative approach, as well as role-playing and role-playing.

Assessment:

Assessment of skills acquired during training via a questionnaire and role-playing exercises.

Access time:

From the first registrant, training can be provided within 1 month of signing the agreement.
