Valrhona 10ème au Great Place to Work !

Valrhona, the company where it's good to work, appears for the 3th consecutive year the winners of the "Best Workplaces" ranking, taking the 10th place.


On Wednesday March 19 in Paris, Valrhona was honored in the 2013 "Best Workplaces" ranking, joining the very select circle of the TOP 10 French companies to work for (Palmarès des entreprises de plus de 500 salariés). Valrhona is the first company in the Drôme region, and more widely in the Rhône-Alpes region, to be recognized for the third year running.

This is recognition of a strong corporate culture and human values rooted in the brand's DNA, which all the company's employees share around common values: Excellence, Passion, Commitment.

The Great Place to Work "Best Workplaces" ranking is based on two assessments:

- an anonymous 59-question questionnaire sent to Valrhona employees in which three criteria were evaluated (2/3 of the score):

* Confidence in management,

* Pride in belonging to one's job and company,

* The friendly atmosphere at work.

In 2013, the survey revealed that 79% of employees believe that Valrhona is a great place to work.

- a qualitative assessment of the company's culture and Human Resources practices (1/3 of the score).
