Alphéa Conseil recruitment agency arrives in Metz!

Rachel Lintz has set up her recruitment firm, Alphéa Conseil, in a business center in Marly. This is the first branch of the national Alphéa Conseil network in the Lorraine region. The network is already present in Alsace.
Lorraine area manager and interim agency manager, Rachel Lintz is supported by two recruitment consultants: Laurence Juillien, who has extensive experience in temporary work, and Lisa Bizot, who has just completed three years' experience as an HR assistant.

A booming market
With business set to start up in September 2021, Rachel's role is first and foremost to develop the Metz branch on the sales side, visiting prospects and customers throughout the area. Orders are already pouring in:
"I started the business in September. Things are going really fast! I've already finalized 3 permanent hires: an assembly manager, a technical sales representative, a training manager and a project manager. I also have 8 recruitments in progress." |
Rachel explains this effervescence by a job market in full swing, in Metz, with a lot of recruitment requests. "There is indeed an economic recovery and the market is in tension. Companies in Moselle, many of them very large industries, are finding it difficult to recruit, for a variety of reasons: training not in line with the jobs on offer, lack of attractiveness of certain trades or sectors..."
26 years in temporary work
With a DUT in marketing technology and a master's degree in professional coaching, Rachel has worked for 26 years in temporary employment, including 23 years with the same company, specializing in medical temping. She successively held positions as branch manager, north-east regional director, then national training director. "I've done business development, team management, but always with recruitment as the foundation. I'm a hands-on person", she points out.

I've discovered a lot of different trades and ways of working. I'm multi-skilled, but I admit to having an affinity for technical professions, where you meet people who are direct and friendly."
Projects 2022-2023
"Over the next few months, I'll be working with my colleagues to ensure that the agency achieves the success it deserves. I want to help them grow and become more autonomous." Indeed, among the prospects for 2022, Rachel is planning to open a branch in Nancy, with the recruitment of three people (a branch manager and two consultants m/f). In the meantime, a permanent branch manager will be hired in Metz.
"I'll be managing the two teams while continuing to develop sales in the region, with a view to opening a new Alphéa Conseil agency in the Vosges in 2023," concludes Rachel.
