Method
The individual coaching is organized in a series of 8-10 session interviews. Its purpose is to'accompany a person's evolution in a process that will enable them to transform, mobilize their skills and attitudes with a view to achieving the expected objectives.
Tailor-made team or organization coaching takes place over a period of several months and aims to support an entire team (operational, cross-functional, business) in the management of projects serving the company's development and growth. Coaching an entire ecosystem throughout the process completes the package.

Deontology
Although it is often the company that initiates the coaching of one of its employees, the latter must be requestor and actor in the process. The content of exchanges between the company employee and Jean-François Lacour, Certified Coach, is and will remain confidential.
Jean-François Lacour certifies that he has undergone specific training, HEC Executive Coaching. He works on himself through therapy and is supervised.
During the first meeting, called a tripartite session, Jean-François Lacour clarifies the issues at stake in the situation and the problems encountered. The objective to be achieved is defined with the company, as are the terms of the action to be taken, the material organization and the pricing of the sessions, through a contract.
Successful coaching requires regular sessions of around 2 hours, every 2 to 3 weeks, outside the work environment.
