I came to know Alphéa Conseil through recruitment. I talked to the consultant who gave me some advice on how to present my application. I saw that the firm offered a back-to-work service. I met Nicolas D'Hooghe who told me about his methodology, which convinced me.

You've been accompanied by a recruitment expert, can you tell us in a few words or lines how your appointments went?
My weekly appointments, either face-to-face or by skype depending on my availability and needs, enabled me to get back into an energetic and positive dynamic. First, all my application documents and materials were reviewed, from my CV to all other electronic media. The consultant checked the availability and readability of my CV on the networks. Finally, the firm helped me to develop my network. For the interviews, I prepared with the consultant if necessary. I shared all my doubts and questions. The systematic warm and smiling welcome also helped me enormously.
What about the results? How do they differ from other firms?
At the end of the 3-month follow-up period, I landed an employment contract in line with my wishes: in the right geographical area with the level of responsibility and in the industrial sector I wanted. In short, an excellent investment for me!
