Lyon recruitment agency Alphéa Conseil invests!





The agency Alphéa Conseil de Lyon opened its doors in 2020, but the brand was already established in the region with a recruitment activity run from the Valence and Grenoble agencies. Previously located in a business center, the Lyon branch recently moved to Lyon's 7th arrondissement, in the heart of the Swely park, home to major companies.

New premises, new projects, and not the least, since, after a very successful 2021, the agency plans to double its workforce by the end of the year.

"With the development of our business, we needed more space, hence the move," comments Naïma Tata, director of the Alphéa Conseil de Lyon agency. Thus, the new premises are spread over 140 m2, in a strategic sector with great potential. Inside, shades of gray and gold, with wooden tops, in a style that is both sleek and warm, set the tone: serious and professional.

The Lyon agency is looking for personnel willing to invest in the Alphéa Conseil adventure by contributing to its development. "We are recruiting three associates, senior or junior consultants, and recruitment managers. We are open to any type of profile, in terms of experience." But

The agency's strategy is to enablesenior consultants to progress by opening business units in-house, depending on their areas of expertise. Above a certain sales level, they can recruit their own team. This gives them autonomy and room for manoeuvre, in keeping with Alphéa Conseil's culture. As a result, consultants wishing to develop theircareer can quickly take on managerial functions.
