Every month we bring you coverage of a job for which we are currently recruiting. This monthés choice is for the position of Regional Director.

REGIONAL DIRECTOR: A mission to serve stores

The Director is a man or woman in the field, who develops, within the stores of his or her assigned region, the implementation of the Company's strategy, concept and human values that he or she reépresents to his or her customers and employees.
Through his or her abilityé à to take a step back and à give meaning, he or she engages all his or her éteams around operational éexcellence at the service of the customer and growth in results.

The profile of the Regional Manager

.

Generally from a higheréeducation accompaniedéby at least 10 yearséof proven management experience as a profit center manager, in an equivalent sector and legitimate in his/her field of activityés.
He or she is responsible for the performance of éteams ranging from 100 à 1500 people depending on the brand, and manages èbetween 50 and 400 M€ excluding VAT and between 10 and 80 M€ in profits.
External recruitment is always based on equivalent éexperience and skills. Internal promotion to these positions is privilegedégiée, due to the knowledge nécessary of the company for the proper performance of its mission.

His missions and objectives

His or her main mission is to develop the regionés growth opportunities while guaranteeing the commercial spiritéant and qualityé of customer service. He or she ensures that the concept is applied in all stores in the region in line with the customer promise, and develops results in line with the companyès economic model and ethos.
Actor in the économic expansion, heés constantly on the lookout for édevelopment opportunities in his area of assignment.

His goal at all times is to improve customer satisfaction in the region: All his decisions are based on what is good for the customer and his employees. Sales, footfall, average basket, market shareé in the catchment area, optimization of management indicators for the region: margin, operating profit, adherence to budgetsé are all indicators for steering the businessé
