2. How does a skills assessment at Alphéa'Cademy work?

At Alphéa'Cademy, the assessment takes place over 12 to 16 weeks, with 9 individual appointments (face-to-face or video), guided personal work between each session, and two follow-up interviews at 3 and 6 months.

The program follows the three phases defined by the French Labor Code:

Phase 1: Preliminary (2h)

This is the starting point: analysis of the request, clarification of expectations, definition of objectives and co-construction of the course. A free intake interview enables us to tailor the program to each beneficiary.

Phase 2: Investigation (12h)

This core phase includes:

Exploring your career path
Identifying technical, behavioral and transferable skills
Analysis of successes, failures and preferred work environments
Exploring values, needs, deep drivers
The use of tools such as the DISC, the tree of life, the wheel of emotions, the IKIGAI or business surveys

Phase 3: Conclusion (4h)

Presentation of the summary document, co-written with the beneficiary. This document details the chosen professional project, the steps to be implemented, any training or VAE needs, and the personalized action plan.
