Alphéa'Cademy training center receives Qualiopi 2022 certification!
The entire Alphéa'Cademy training center team is pleased to announce its Qaliopi certification as of October 4, 2022!
The Qualiopi was created as part of the loi Avenir professionnel, aimed at enabling every individual to train and upgrade their skills throughout their career.
The Qualiopi 2022 reform makes it possible to control thequality of services as well as the level of professionalism of training organizations.
Becoming a legal obligation since January 1, 2022, the Qualiopi reform is part of a quality approach and replaces Datadock registration and the 53 CNEFOP (Conseil national de l'emploi, de la formation et de l'orientation professionnelles) certifications.

How does Qualiopi 2022 certification work?
Strict and standardized, the Qualiopi certification is a more substantial process than Datadock. The award process results in certification issued by certifying bodies accredited by the Comité Français d'Accréditation (Cofrac), based on the référentiel national unique mentioned in article L. 6316-3 of the French Labor Code, and approved by the Délégation générale à l'Emploi et à la Formation Professionnelle (DGEFP).

All internal/external processes and evidence of the Alphéa'Cademy have been submitted to 32 criteria listed in the Référentiel National de Qualité.
To encourage training organizations to offer quality services over the long term, certification Qualiopi 2022 is not permanent.
In fact, in alogic of continuous improvement, a follow-up audit is carried out 18 months after certification is obtained. After 3 years, the training organization is again subject to arenewal audit, to ensure that the quality level is maintained.
What does this mean for Alphéa'Cademy and companies?
For Alphéa'Cademy:
Faced with more than 100,000 declared training companies in France, theQaliopi quality label was set up in order to regulate the training market.
For Alphéa'Cademy, being certified Qualiopi means that the training courses, skills assessments and coaching offered meet all quality criteria.
In fact, as of October 4, 2022, Qualiopi certification attests that the Alphéa'Cademy training center is able to provide the following activities:
- Training activities,
- Skills assessments,
- Actions to validate acquired experience,
- Apprenticeship training initiatives, as defined in article L.6211-2.
For companies:
Qualiopi guarantees learners the professionalism of the training and coaching offered by Alphéa'Cademy.

What does this mean for training support?
Choosing a certified training organization Qualiopi is the assurance of being accompanied by a trusted, qualitative and reliable structure.
Also, it's an opportunity to claim your rights to finance a training course. Indeed, since January 1, 2019, the French have had purchasing power dedicated to skills development. Thanks in particular to the personal training account, working people benefit from a budget in euros to finance their professional training.
Through the Alphéa'Cademy, learners and companies will be able to benefit fromfinancing that is fully covered. Indeed, only Qualiopi-certified companies are authorized to benefit from specific funds: State, CPF, Pôle Emploi, OPCO, Regions, Agefiph, Caisses de dépôts, among others.
