Recruitment firm Alphéa Conseil continues to expand in the Grand Est region. After Strasbourg, a new branch has just opened its doors in Colmar, in the northern business park. Thibault Delfraissy, head of Grand Est, speaks of an explosion in recruitment requests, to which he is responding by opening new branches.

A booming sector

Alsace, which boasts more than 20,000 companies, has considerable economic potential and therefore very high recruitment needs. "We've never had so many incoming applications. The Covid period created uncertainties and needs were not necessarily anticipated. As a result, everyone wants to recruit at the same time," explains Thibault.

The Grand Est leader announces the opening of branches, starting in 2022, with operational recruitment managers, in the Nancy and Metz area. Currently, it's Thibault Delfraissy himself, who assumes interim responsibility for the Colmar branch, pending the arrival of the branch manager at the beginning of the year. He is supported by two recruitment managers. "Eventually, the idea is to form a team of 4 people in Colmar." Furthermore, Thibault emphasizes the cooperation between the Strasbourg and Colmar sites. "It was my Strasbourg colleagues, a team of 5 people, who trained those in Colmar."
