Recruitment 2011 - Very optimistic forecasts
After a fine recovery in the number of Technical Sales positions in 2010, 2011 should see recruitment volumes rise further.....
More optimistic, companies étoffent à again their sales force, while remaining très demanding on the level of candidateséskills.
The marketé for managerial employment seems to be éalso resuming an upturn in the sectors of retail, banking, insurance, B to B services...
This évolution attests to the growing confidence of companies in these business sectors. However, recruitment processes remain lengthy. Above all, companies want to limit risks, and therefore prefer confirmed candidatesés in order to guarantee results à in the short term.
For 2011, companies are renewing their confidence in à Alphéa Conseil which is embarking on a nationwide recruitment drive for 150 technical sales staff, particularly in the kitchen, bathroom and interior space planning sectors.... Middle management positions (department managers, department heads, area managers...) are still à available, as well as senior management positions (store managers, regional managers, operations managers...).
