As part of our mission for the Leader in the distribution of Perfumes and Cosmetics in France and à Internationally, we are looking for a profit center director as well as 7 department managers, for Lyon and its region.
We are organizing a special recruitment day in Lyon on October 8, 2010.

Responsible for the performance of your profit center, you will ensure sales growth and store profitability in line with the company's sales policy (merchandising, margin and price control, inventory management, etc.)...)
You recruit, manage and develop your ésales team with the constant aim of fédérerating the éteam around common objectives.
Level of expérience
Passionateé about perfumery and cosmeticsébut have no expérience in this field! With a higher education, you have a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and in leading large teams (between 15 and 30 people). ideally as a sector manager, universe manager, ... from a national chain of DIY stores, Furniture, Sport, Leisure... Level of experience
Higher education, you have a firstèexperience of sales and management of a éteam in a retail chain (DIY, Furniture, Sport, Leisure...) Field manager, charismatic, recognized in your trade, salesmançant in the âme above all.
