100% Arrageois recruitment by Christophe

Arrageois and proud of it! This could be the motto of Christophe Lefebvre, the new leader of the Arras office. Happy to play a role in his hometown, this 38-year-old human resources expert intends to give this new structure a 100% Hauts de France dynamic.

Meeting with the head of the Arras recruitment agency

Christophe, could you briefly retrace your career for us?

Graduated from a business school, I worked in the commercial world for about fifteen years. During this period, I was in charge of communications and marketing for a computer engineering school. As well as promoting the school's image and courses, I also managedbusiness development and student recruitment.

Of all my prerogatives, the one I clearly preferred was the recruitment of students, out of a taste for contact and the highly human aspect of the function. I therefore decided to give a 100% human orientation to my career. So I went back to school for two years and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources. After two years of work-study in an ESN and for an industrial SME, I arrived on the job market.

How did you come to meet Alphéa Conseil?

As part of my research, I met Marion Louvet, the manager of the Lille agency. I had positioned myself for the position of recruitment consultant for the agency opening.

The recruitment process I experienced was in every way similar to how I would have conducted it myself. Respect for the announced schedule, exhaustive description of the entire mission... it was the first time I felt so considered as a person in a recruitment process.

Hugues Fromont, the head of the Grand Nord region, was also present at this interview. Touched by my speech, by my attachment to my hometown, he believed in my skills to take on the job, not as a consultant but as head of the Arras recruitment agency.

My dream has come true: to set up my own business in my hometown! A mark of confidence that I will prove worthy of.

The agency is now open! When will we be able to visit you?

Soon! We'll be moving into our new premises in mid-January. We have a prime location in downtown Arras.

I'm surrounded by two fantastic collaborators with complementary skills. Juliette Dureux has a profile very much focused on recruitment, particularly in the industrial and logistics field, and Harmony Wolek is more service-oriented and is also developing commercial skills.

So she comes with me on appointments. Her ability to adapt and understand means she's already on her own.

Juliette and Harmony are also "local children". A fundamental dimension in our positioning!

And finally, what are the strengths of the Arras agency?

The city of Arras is surrounded by business parks and many industries have established themselves here. The tertiary sector is also well developed. This economic dynamism is reflected in the ambitions of local business leaders. We've already met many of them, and their welcome is really positive.

We have a major asset that is one of our core values: proximity. We have our office less than two hours from our customers' homes!
