Which companies are the most attractive by region? Thatés the question RegionsJob asked itself. In all, 1,391 companies évaluatedées, 9,184 répondants for more than 20 valuation criteria notéed by 1 à 10.

The result: a national and regional topès, and above all, valuable insights into what makes candidates tick and how they perceive corporate HR policies.

What do we measure the attractivenessé of a company?

To the question « What appeals to you about a company? », it's good healthé économic that comes first. The économic factor therefore remains the major asset for companies.

In 2nd place comes HR policy, that’sà-what a company can offer at the individual level: careerère, salary, training, working conditions.

Finally, the qualité of management and societal commitment - the company's efforts in terms of employment of the disabled, young people, seniors - are in 3rd and 4th place respectively.
