What is your network's model?


We have created a premium services model for companies to support them on support functions, human resources, recruitment and training.


For years, we have worked with Rachida TATA this model of excellence for our clients. Today, Alphéa Conseil has modeled it by taking up the pillars of our expertise: Andreceiving the privileged link between an offer and a demand by differentiating our consultants on the customer approach, the sales method, the tools...

Our network has grown, because I wanted to give senior executives and professionals in my network the opportunity to benefit from my experience as a business leader and from our success. What could be more rewarding than to see that our day-to-day actions are always followed by concrete results?

Our development plan aims to expand this network even further, since our success model is simply and infinitely duplicable, provided we detect candidates with that extra soul that characterizes Alphéa Conseil.

Tell us about that extra soul you're looking for and how do you detect it?


It's something very special that Rachida and I have always known how to detect it. When welcoming a candidate interested in joining our network, we look for what this person has that's exceptional and differentiating in their personality that they can put to work for our customers.

It's a way of interacting with people, an empathy to get physically and morally involved with a client company in order to understand its issues, recruitment challenges, a savoir-être, a way of working, a location both geographically and in its professional network.

The candidate must immerse himself in his local market and master all its aspects. We must be touched by his exceptional character and we must perceive that this candidate is not just looking for a job, but wants to get involved in a life project with the teams and tools offered by Alphéa Conseil. This is an imperative condition for the success of your project.
