Cécile Aboulikam and Flavie Launaire a strategic alliance for Alphea Conseil Nice
Since last September, Cécile Aboulikam has been managing partner of the new Alphéa Conseil agency in Nice. After more than 10 years as a corporate HR director in various groups (Satys Aéronautique, Pharmacie/Parapharmacie/Optique and Matériel médical Lafayette, then in Retail/Specialized Distribution), Cécile has set herself a new challenge: to set up her own recruitment and HR consulting agency.

That's how this sportswoman and team sports enthusiast feels when she meets the head of the Toulouse agency, then Ludovic D'hooghe, CEO of the Alphea Conseil network. "I realized that our desires really converged. Ludovic was offering me the opportunity to open an agency while benefiting from the support of Flavie Launaire, associate manager of the PACA region. A unique opportunity for me to prove myself in entrepreneurship without ever really feeling alone."
Capitalizing on proven expertise in the fields of aeronautics, consulting/service, pharmaceuticals/healthcare and specialized/retail distribution, Cécile surrounds herself with consultants with complementary skills. "We currently have two people in our Nice - Sophia Antipolis branch, and I will soon be recruiting another recruitment consultant with specific knowledge of the engineering field, as our location in the heart of Sophia Antipolis requires us to be able to recruit highly qualified profiles, such as engineers, too. Our activity is an extension of what has already been successfully carried out by my associate Flavie Launaire, who has recognized expertise in the PACA region.

A former HRD herself, Cécile knows better than anyone the virtues of customer proximity. "A firm that doesn't know you can't present you with candidates with whom you're assured of a profile that's a perfect match, not only with the position, but above all with the company's values. It was precisely because the Alphéa Conseil network was different that I wanted to join. Its positioning is what I would have liked to have found when I was looking for a job myself. And because making a difference also means behaving differently, Cécile doesn't hesitate to immerse herself in the day-to-day life of a client company and put herself "in the shoes" of the candidate. I can spend half a day at a customer's premises to analyze the proposed work environment, meet the future candidate's manager(s) and colleagues, and the proposed missions, so as to carry out the most accurate sourcing possible."
In addition to proximity, the satisfaction of all corporate clients also represents a cardinal value. "We've just opened our firm and it's crucial to build customer loyalty. In a second phase, we aim to develop our portfolio, across all business sectors."
The PACA region, and Nice in particular, is indeed recruiting all types of profiles. Recruitment is really regaining momentum, and all business sectors are hiring. From hospitality-restauration to'IT, engineering, commerce/retail, real estate, building, banking/insurance, support functions... we really need to be multispecialists, as our region also attracts a lot of candidates from all over France. So, when we deem it necessary, or when our customer asks us to, we don't hesitate to run preliminary tests (personality, business skills/expertise, software proficiency, languages...), this to optimize candidate matching, and gain in efficiency.
