Manon Ferron originally from the Champagne Ardennes region, has always been keen to put people at the heart of her business. Her first experience in a generalist recruitment agency enabled her to discover the basics of the profession: "For two years, I worked in generalist recruitment for well-known companies in France", she recounts. "I gradually progressed from a position as sourcing manager to recruitment manager, which enabled me to develop a global vision of the recruitment process."
It was in 2018, that a new opportunity in the south of France opened up for her. She joined the city of Toulon for a position as a recruitment consultant.

In 2023, in search of career development, Manon meets Flavie Launaire, Associate Director Mediterranean. This meeting marked the start of a new adventure for Manon within Alphea Conseil as head of the Toulon office. Their discussion, animated by a shared passion for human-centered recruitment, immediately aroused in Manon a feeling of sharing and proximity, essential values that drove her to take part in the Alphea Conseil adventure. This encounter solidified her decision to embark on a new professional chapter, merging her own experience with the innovative vision of Flavie and the Alphea Conseil team.

With a wealth of years' experience under her belt, Manon Ferron brings her industry knowledge to Alphea Conseil: "For five years, I worked as a recruitment consultant, supporting VSEs and SMEs in their recruitment needs for supervisors and senior executives, particularly in the Toulon area," she shares. "This experience has enabled me to hone my skills and grasp the specifics of the local market."
Manon knows the specific needs and expectations of local companies inside out. In particular, she has had the opportunity to recruit employees for companies present at the Pôle Afuzi in particular.
