Everything leads to recruitment!
If nothing predestined Jekaterina for a profession related to the recruitment, it is nevertheless the openness to others and the taste for exchange that best characterize her career path. "For eight years, I was a Russian, English and French guide presenter and interpreter for the Fragonard Museum in Paris". "But the desire for change accelerated the dynamic Latvian's reconversion. "I wanted to open up to other horizons, and I'd been thinking about human resources for a long time". So, at the age of 32, Jekaterina went back to school, where she obtained a Master 2 in manahuman resources management. "A training course completed on a sandwich course basis, within the BTP Group SPIE Batignolles. I learned a lot, not only in the field of HR, but also on that of construction and recruitment in particular."
At the end of her training, meeting Jean-François LACOUR speeds things up. Jekaterina joined the cabinet and naturally became recruiting manager, particularly in the retail and construction sectors (but not only...)
Alphéa Conseil Paris: a structure in constant performance
If, in 2022, the firm has achieved 100 recruits, Jekaterina NOGUERA explains that this success is largely due to the specifics of its organization. We are fortunate to be a team made up of very distinct and complementary personalities.
First, let's mention Jean-François LACOUR who has 30 years' experience working with fine companies such as IKEA, Lapeyre and Monsieur Bricolage. Its legitimacy to address leading companies in the retail is therefore total. Bertrand de Witte, specializing in industry, IT and in bakery-pastry (he practiced this fine trade in another life!). Pavelle Wega has acquired real expertise in the optical, kitchen sales and catering trades. Finally, I'm able to manage all recruitment for support, technical and BTP professions. And in the face of an ever-growing number of competitors, Alphéa Conseil really stands out for a number of reasons. "
In addition to its proximity to our candidates, Alphéa Conseil also stands out for the very personalized relationship the firm maintains with its clients. So we don't hesitate to immerse ourselves in the life of the client company, to meet the N+1 of the future recruit, to get acquainted with the team of the person we have to select... This is a indispensable prerequisite to any success. The savoir-être counts as much as know-how. On site, we also get a better idea of the stakes involved in each business. So as soon as our customer gives us the go-ahead, we systematically visit the site.
But, because adaptability also means constantly listening to our customers' expectations, we refuse to impose our work process. Does our customer just want to receive a CV with a short presentation, or a very in-depth dossier? Does he prefer weekly or daily updates? Recruitment tests or role-playing? Everything is possible.
Our job is to be clear about the objectives and the method. Finally, transparency is written into our DNA. So, if we notice a blocking element in a job sheet, such as the salary proposal or the difficulty of finding candidates in our pool, for example, we'll address the subject clearly, so as to quickly implement corrective action. The result: solid savings in time... and money!"

New expectations on the Paris Region job market
Since COVID, employment in the Paris Region has undergone profound changes, as have the expectations of job applicants. Some sectors are finding it difficult to recruit. These include industry, construction, catering and retail. In addition, the health crisis has invited candidates to seek a friendlyworking environment, with plenty of flexibility. Many of them want real autonomy to organize their day.
For sedentary positions, the most difficult criterion to satisfy remains proximity to the workplace. Indeed, in Île-de-France, candidates are no longer willing to travel more than 45 minutes by public transport per day, or even 15 or 20 minutes by car. This considerably limits mileage, given the region's road traffic. This proximity is therefore not always easy to satisfy, depending on the needs of companies. What's more, for some candidates, salary is no longer the number one criterion in a decision to accept a job offer. Quality of life is more than ever at the heart of candidates' career choices.

The need to properly source skills supply and demand
In this context, it's extremely important to properly source job applicants and take the time to discuss with them their personality, their motivations, their doubts, how they operate... You also need to reassure them, sincerely congratulate them on their success, give them real feedback and offer them kind advice. This is what makes Alphéa Conseil so appreciated by candidates and clients alike.
As far as customers are concerned, identifying their needs is an essential prerequisite. Job boards are very useful for this, as they make it easy to identify needs. A watch on LinkedIn relating to the most in-demand professions also proves essential, as does maintaining customer relations, even after intervention. A recruitment firm's balance is measured both by the number of loyal customers it has, and by its ability to bring in new business.
Company advice: think human-sized!
To help companies in the Paris region quickly find the skills they need, some advice - sometimes common sense - is in order. The most important is to choose a local recruitment agency.
"At Alphéa Conseil, we're a team on a human scale. We're all professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, for whom developing a business is a personal priority. Our investment in each recruitment, and our methods are therefore in no way comparable to those of the big firms. And if our success is anything to go by, it's that the "recipe" works: our five-year plan is to open seven branches in the Paris region (one in each département), to be even closer to our customers...!
