Entrepreneurship: a powerful driving force throughout my career
Entrepreneurship is not just a profession for me, it's a passion rooted in my DNA. Born at the foot of the Bauges massif, I've always been drawn to challenges, whether in sport or business. Every stage of my career has been marked by a thirst to surpass myself. As an ultra-trail runner, effort, perseverance and long-term vision are qualities I apply to both my mountain runs and professional project management. Whether it's a ultra-trail or a new entrepreneurial adventure, I go for it with the same determination.
My career path has been guided by this desire to support companies and their managersin their quest for talent. After starting out in Lyon at Bridgestone, I quickly realized that recruitment was much more than just a process. It is a human adventure, where each candidate must be aligned with the culture and values of the company. My experience at Cedeo, where I managed profit centers, helped me understand that the key to success lies in a benevolent management, listening to teams.
But it's above all my roots in Chambéry which really shaped my expertise. For ten years, I ran a company restaurant in the heart of the city, which enabled me to develop a strong network with local entrepreneurs. Then taking over a masonry business and then the management of a company in public works and forestry consolidated my sense of management and anchored me even more deeply in the Savoyard economic fabric.

If I had to define my connection with Chambéry, it would be "rootedness". Chambéry is much more than just a place to work, it's where I grew up, surrounded by mountains and a community of passionate entrepreneurs.
