"Get carried away" after the contract is terminated.
For the record, the national interprofessional agreement of January 11, 2008 on the modernization of the labor market stipulates that, in the event of termination of the employment contract entitling employees to unemployment insurance benefits, they may temporarily retain their former company's supplementary health and personal insurance cover (except in the event of dismissal for gross misconduct).
The terms of application of the ANI were the subject of a rider, enabling it to come into effect on July 1, 2009, with the following main provision : the benefit of the portabilityé of these guarantees is assuredé à the intéressé for a duration éequal à to the duration of the last employment contract (in whole months), up to a maximum of 9 months.
If you make this choice (proposedé by the company), you will share the costûof contributions with your former employer when you leave, and you will thus « porté » for the duration indicatedée above, for as long as you are indemnisé par le pôle emploi.
