53% of non-managerial employees have a good opinion of the white-collar workers they work with at their company. But the more managers and non-managers work together éin close-knit éteams, and in small structures, the more favorable the judgments are.
Executives, êare you learnedéciés by your employees? Opinions are divided, to say the least: à just over halféof non-managerial employees have a good opinion of managers. This positive feeling is inversely proportional to the number of managers present in the company. In other words, the fewer managers there are, the more appreciative they are!
In SMEs or VSEs, where everyone knows each other and collaborates closely, nearly 2/3 of employeeséthus express a favorable judgment. But where there are more than fifty white-collar workers, opinions are much more mixed: there seems to be a clear divide between managers and non-managers, with very distinct categories of employees, and non-managers feel they do not experience the same reality as those who manage them.
