Alphéa Conseil, Toulon's recruitment agency, inaugurates its new offices in the Valgora zone!

Implanted since 2017 in the Mediterranean Region, the Mediterranean Director Flavie Launaire and her entire team recently inaugurated the new premises of recruitment firm Alphéa Conseil de Toulon.

Located in the heart of thezone d'activité Valgora, the new agency is made up of a team of experts in their fields, and has been designed to be as close as possible to customers and candidates.

Good weather and conviviality were the order of the day as the new premises of the Toulon recruitment agency were duly inaugurated!

Why did you choose the Valgora area to set up the new premises?

We chose the Valgora business park, which is one of the lungs of the Toulon metropolitan area TPM. It's a strategic location that aims to be accessible to all with ample parking.

We have designed our offices to be simple, welcoming and functional for different uses: whether to receive our customers or our candidates in ourconfidential space which is our interview room, or even afriendly space to share time over a coffee.

Which actors were present?

We had invited our customers, our candidates, employment actors from the region, but alsoentrepreneurs and people with whom we evolve every day within our respective networks.

Our recruitment firm Alphéa Conseil is an indispensable player in the Var employment sector. We need to know ourenvironment and the various players to be closer to the job market and the dynamics of our region.

The strength of a fast-growing network

In your opinion, what constitutes the strength of Alphéa Conseil's Toulon office?

The Alphéa Conseil network continues to grow. Today, we have 25 agencies and around 100 employees in France and internationally, in Belgium.

We benefit from dynamic inter-agency synergy and tailor-made support. Our Alphéa 2030 vision means we can always adapt to market developments and meet companies' recruitment needs.

Although 2022 isn't over, I can say that it's been a dynamic year for the Toulon team. At present, we count:

Would you tell us about the development of the Montpellier branch since its opening in 2021? Why did you open a recruitment agency in this city?

After opening the cabinet de recrutement de Toulon in the Var, we needed to establish ourselves in the sector du Languedoc to be as close as possible to the region's job market.

So we opened our first Languedoc recruitment agency on Montpellier to join a dynamic metropolis and radiate out into neighboring departments, with the aim over the next few years of being able to open other agencies so we can becomethe local player of reference in the job market.

What are your plans within the Alphéa Conseil network? What are your development plans for the Mediterranean region?

Within the Alphéa Conseil network, we're lucky enough to work across the entire Mediterranean area, whichis 11 departments in total.
