Gilles SIMON, joins the Alphéa Conseil network, he will be in charge of the firm's activities in PARIS.
Ludovic D'Hooghe, CEO of Alphéa Conseil and Alphéa Executive, is pleased to announce that Gilles SIMON has joined the Alphea Conseil / Alphéa Executive network (recruitment and strategy) in Paris and the Ile de France region. He took up his position in February 2020.
Gilles SIMON has spent most of his career in mass retail (Auchan Group), including 20 years in human resources (hypermarket HR, regional HRD, HRD of support services, HRD of new commercial concepts).
In 2015, Gilles SIMON took over as head of human resources for Auchan France hypermarkets. As a member of the management committee, he steered HR policy for Auchan France hypermarkets at over 100 sites with more than 52,000 employees.
