First real rise in executive employment

As we said in our interview on Cadremploi last month (read article), the executive job market seems to be picking up again... Although the number of vacancies has fallen sharply é à needs, for their part, are still very real.

As we've already seen, the market for executive jobs is back on track.

As stated by APEC (Association pour l'emploi des cadres) it's + 29 % of offers distributedées in février 2010 compared à 2009, with 24,080 job offers. The fall in job vacancies therefore seems to have come to a halt. Twelve-month cumulative data show ésome 235,000 vacancies collectedébetween March 2009 à February 2010. This figure is up for the third month in a row. However, the February levelébarely passes à that of December 2007. This is a long way from the peak reached à at the end of 2008, when we passed é300,000 offers registeredéover one year. Last month, three functions were still down by more than the one-year average  technical services, études & R&D (- 27 %), and IT (- 26 %). Human resources did not fare much better, down 17%. By contrast, corporate management functions, which accounted for only 1 % of vacancies, éwere up sharply (+  58 %), followed by third parties in the health, social and cultural sector (+  51 %).

We're still looking for the right people for the right jobs.

Still, we're always on the lookout for sales profiles, and profit center management for our spécialisée distribution customers. So don't hesitate to à apply à our job offers!
